Can you donate a kidney if you have pof/pm?

hi everyone hope everyone is having nice weather whereever you are located. i just had a question and i hope someone can help me out. only serious answers please. i am thinking about donating a kidney to a dear friend who is like a sister to me. (BUT want to keep it anonomys incase i am not a match). my question is, i know that you have to have a health test and stuff done, but i was just wondering if it would make a difference since i have premature ov. failure/premenapause? i am almost 30.. other than that i am healthy. 10 points for best answer.
