Will TMOBILE give me a new replacement phone?

I had a t-mobile phone and I bought a warranty on it and the warranty is still valid. The phone broke and I need a new one. I know that I can call t-mobile and get a replacement but the phone isn't sold in the store or online anymore. I can't send them my old phone because it broke and couldn't be fixed so I disposed of it. Will they give me a different phone?
